Two new businesses have recently opened at the mixed-use development on Fox Den Road, Stoke Gifford.
Hotel chain Premier Inn and restaurant chain Beefeater opened in the middle of June, as signs that the area is continuing to grow in prosperity. The Premier Inn has been given the name of Bristol Parkway (M32), while the Beefeater has been called The Gifford.
LivGreen is moving here
Retrofit specialist LivGreen is the latest tenant at Avon House in Stoke Gifford, following a complete refurbishment of the property.
LivGreen is taking over the entire building at 1100 Parkway North Business Park, which has placed sustainability at the heart of its recent refurbishment of the large property.
