BS34 is a pricey postcode

Little Stoke and Stoke Gifford have been named as being in the 17th most expensive postcode area in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire region in which to buy a house, according to new research published into property prices in the UK.

The BS34 postcode, which is also shared with Filton and Patchway, commands an average house price of £343,182, putting it well above the UK’s national average house price of £282,000.

As you might expect, houses in Stoke Bishop and Sneyd Park topped the list for being the most expensive postcodes in the area, followed by homes in Long Ashton and then those in the Chew area.
